I'm not sure what to think about that teaser. The silhouette is exactly the same as her current avatar, the fingers are even all bent the same way. I'm wondering if she couldn't get an image of whatever it is, redesign/new outfit/3D model, and had to use her current avatar for the teaser as a substitute. Sounds like she had to pester management to even get permission for the teaser so it it wouldn't be surprising if they didn't give her anything to work with.
