I was trying to understand why artists were drawing Gigi with a white tank top. Her model makes it seem like she's wearing a full hoodie but it actually stops at her midriff. There's also like, two layers of hoodies she's wearing, orange and yellow? No wonder she gets sweaty. Still I never even noticed the tank is right there. And it's actually meant to be loose on her, a size too big, hence the seatbelt above her waist. If it wasn't, her spats would be a lot more prominent. Also, I thought her gauntlets were just fists, but the way the design looks, they almost seem like they attach directly to the arms of her hoodie, because I haven't seen anyone draw her just wearing the gauntlets. Then there's those two patches on her hood, do they represent anything? A fanged mouth and an arrow pointing to the left. Just weird. I remember Bae had dice accessories and those seemed weird too, but they actually fit in with her chaos theme (although they key is still anyone's guess). I'd rant about how the zippers make no sense but honestly I feel like this is just Hololive's thing now, the same way Nomura would put buckles anywhere when they don't even serve a function we get all these zippers which literally don't do anything. Why would Gigi need to zip her face up in her hood? Why would she need to air out her collarbone? The zippered shoes make sense as a slip-on thing, but... She already has laces. Ironically her spinning fans are the most sensible part of her design because I can believe there's a small motor around her neck, but then that begs the question of if she has to charge a battery to keep them spinning. You know what the most confusing thing is, though? The color of her roots. Is she a blonde or a brunette? Because her ahoge would suggest the latter, but I've seen artists draw her hair in all sorts of two-tone patterns. Would this suggest she's an Oreo woman like Shiori and Raden? Anyways that's all, Gigi cute YIPPEEEEEEEEEEE
