It's a Minecraft event organized by some cat vtuber called "Queue" and his team.
They usually make a Minecraft horror themed "Test of courage" maps every year, and this year's theme is "Into the Backdoors".
A lot of vtubers from all over the industry is participating in it, including two hololive teams.
Each team is going through the map one by one in designated timeslots, Fubuki's team (Fubuki, Ayame, Miosha) and Flare's team (Flare, Polka, Noel) are both playing on October 1st in the evening.
Until then, the server is open and the players are allowed to check out the previous years' maps, play the various minigames in the hub area (like fishing) and just have fun around, there's a bunch of hidden stuff all over the place.
