It's the furry model, they can do this piercing pretty easily. You can add stuff to the hoop, but it always has the hoop, it doesn't know any other.

Depends from everything I have seen if you like smut but don't want to use furry models (which similar albeit with a little less image fidelity functions), then yeah. If you like pretty backgrounds or just high quality outputs stick with local.
