That's because his production effort is absurd, to the point he comissioned and got a full blown two scenarios japanese cyberpunk set as his studio.
That and his up close and personal interview with Ken Watanabe shows how much effort he puts into producting his stuff.

That doesn't measure up tho, I can pretty much GUARANTEE he is making less money out of his channel with all the effort he puts than Jun (from Rachel and Jun) makes with his secondary channel where he pretty much just makes food and shows his cats every other month
