What a shame

Anyone who actually was interested in Tower of Tattle, genuinely thank you for your patience. I'm just gonna repost what I put in the writing general because there really isn't anything different to say.

It's taken a minute, but I finally have enough of a backlog for Tower of Tattle that I feel comfortable releasing parts while I have all my other stuff going on like trying to start a web novel. In the spirit of that, Part VI is actually gonna be a bunch of episodes. Frankly, Part VI alone right now is longer than Parts I-V put together.

That's not an intrinsically good thing, of course. But hopefully even with the longer amount of content, the story I've got will still manage to be compelling for people. It's a big elaboration of what I had before. Worth saying that I was trying to finish the entire story in rush for the writing rumble, and once that actually finished I felt free to elaborate as I wanted.

On that note, though, the last time this was posted was September, and Parts I-V actually came out in literally the first month that Shiori started as a vtuber. It's sort of a trip, honestly. It's very strange realizing that she has been a vtuber literally 6 times longer than by the time this was out. And even though all the Parts I-V have already been posted here, to give myself as much leeway as possible I'm gonna post the first parts to twitter again cuz... I mean, I sincerely doubt anyone's remembered it from back then. Then again, I don't even know if anyone is still using the Shiorin Stories tag. But it doesn't really matter because I committed to finishing this anyway, however long that takes. But yeah. I really am super busy and that little bit of lead time to work with would help me a lot. In hopes that a couple episodes will be more of a grabber than just one, I've got Parts I and II on here. Adding to that, I think they look a little nicer with the html and css I've put, and that some of the silly gimmicks work a lot better when I have more control over the layout.

That said, uh, I do know it kinda sucks and that there was one or two people on here who were waiting for Part VI, so for those people I've also linked Part VI episode 01, it's just not in the index. But yeah, it'll take like... a couple of weeks for the releases to catch up to here. Sorry about that... I'd put Parts III to V at least unindexed but it actually takes a long time to convert them from google docs to an html doc. Part III in particular I'm not looking forward to cleaning up and I'm pretty sure that's the one with the gimmicks that annoyed people the most lol. So I'm hoping I can clean that up a lot and maybe even revise it a bit, because that one really suffered for it.

Anyway that's a long ramble I hope you guys enjoy! I really am excited for the story and I hope that excitement ends up being contagious, esp if this has regular updates.
