Most streamers are going to use overlays and backgrounds for their streams that are generally the same across all their broadcasts. This is of course especially true of virtual streamers, whose model can itself also be a singular common element in their streams.
As a consequence, it's very easy to see how a bot looking at the visuals of a video will see 'these all have the same thing in common' and flag it.
