Pomu announced that her surgery was botched and there was a bit of breast tissue left which mutated into cancer, but instead of quitting proceeded to make content out of it by sharing her experiences at the hospital and making fun of her situation. Eventually, it came to a point where she was clearly on death's door despite the doctors' best efforts, and for her graduating stream she had a totsumachi with not only all of Nijisanji, but even H*loEN as well. My dream cut out before I could even see the end of that stream, unfortunately. Though at some point I eventually felt it could be just a dream when she was fluently speaking japanese to her senpais.
