The biggest one is that they do not hire self sufficient men for a branch that will not earn a lot of money.
They need to have motivated talented men that can do their own shit without paying for it. Imagine if just one, just one, of them were a singer-songwriter with a guitar. He would be the emperor of lonely women. They need men that can bootstrap a successful branch with no resources essentially.
