For western vtuber it can be a bit of a problem. You can get the hate train sicked on you. Even so, a strong fanbase and some will power can get any cunny lover through the worst of time. Now, where it's really a problem is anime. Not even big anitubers talk about loli anymore. It's pretty sad honestly.
