It's likely a custom-made room. The VRchat devs were talking about working with Ame on some special shit during their live tours.

It always bums me out when people say Ame's doing "just" a VRchat stream - she's constantly been sneaking in some new tech here and there. It could also be just a stage/greenscreen program since it tracked Ame walking for quite a distance.
