My point is she'll reject the "rank up/play with strong players" because of her personal bias and drive to improve on her own strength(plus antis who have always said that she can only progress her rank with strong players). Try telling her to do this and you will get chewed out as some listeners have tried a long time ago. This doesn't work because this is every collab, no one likes to point fingers and the default mood is "we lost because I was too weak". Always vague and collabs are a battle of viewer retention so it's rarely a learning experience for Noah.
Nazuna asked Kamito and Hinano to give her pointers and coaching and that's what Noah needs(even though Nazuna is 120% motivation issue).

This is a two-way street. Noah should be telling Ars and Towa to follow up until such a time where it becomes second-nature for them to play as a cohesive unit. Towa is conscious about the weakest link and might be a bit intimidated by Noah and Noah is too reticent to micro the girls.

Uruha is OG along with Nazuna, Sumire and Toto. The tournaments she participated in after Reid-Hal-Nose RAGE is a good way to see how someone goes from pure support mindset to point/second-in -command.

Out of all the VSPO girls, Nazuna has the most experience playing with weaker teams/teaching how to play Valo, R6S followed by probably QP(babysitting Hoshikawa Sara and Yakumo Beni) and it shows with their comms.

Never forget QP teaching Beni how to neutral jump pad...
