Sounds about right, I think that at the end of the day, If things just stay the same without any change because people are afraid of change, sooner or later the numbers will die down permanently, there's only so much you can watch of the same stuff before either the audience, or the streamer itself gets bored of the same routine and force themselfs to move on to something else.
HoloENxTempus collabs get high numbers simply because they're different from the usual stuff, there's nothing complicated about it other than that. If they spam it the novelty of it will wear off quickly and NijiEN is a prime example of that.
I like numbers and I like seeing Hololive succeed regardless of how they do it, even if they gotta Collab with 'my oshi' to get there
