Get a time-sensitive hobby. If you're mostly interested in games, find a live game that has decent times for resets. If you're already a procrastinating person, then wanting to finish off some stuff before reset is a decent motivator to wake up. Worked for me with Destiny 2 every Tuesday, and over time it just became easier to wake up earlier anyways.
If you don't have a reason to wake up, make a reason to wake up. Even a shitty phone game or two that have timer cooldowns, get them so you can maximize output if you wake up early. It helps.
