To begin with... and I don't know why people even think this - 1Mil subs ain't that much in the grander scheme of entertainment these days.
Sure, a rapper with 200 mil views per mv can buy a mansion or two and 10 super cars like Andrew Tate. But they do concerts for months. That's the real money maker.

Gura on the other hand with her 20K live viewers, streaming once every 3 or 4 days - when she bothers to do it. Sure she makes more money than you, but her corpo pockets most of it.

And she ain't gonna say a peep because reality is, she probably has 2 managers minimum, a couple of people running her twitter, other assorted handlers, etc. She's basically completely reliant, she knows full well she can't do this shit solo. Not with these numbers. Everything she does or says is practiced before hand.

What's more, the contracts they sign are very specific about jumping ship - Coco is an exception, she was released by mutual agreement - because she was a liability.

So even though she's making a little bit more than a typical worker she will not and cannot go solo. If she does she'll have to pay them some sort of collateral and not a small one - you have to bare in mind - besides all the people working with her, there's singing lessons, Japanese lessons, dancing, acting lessons, etc. The corpo is paying for a lot of shit. Traveling expenses, hotels, etc.
