shows that the main thesis of your post has a flaw.
If Pekora were going “against the grain” you could attribute her lower than before SC numbers to whatever you are saying but the fact the whole cast of Hololive experienced the same recline pokes a big hole in it.
The reality for the Hololive girls is that
1) they switched from donations as their main source of income to merch and events; and
2) (in a minor way) after the “whale hunt” that resulted after Rushia termination in 2022, a LOT of the donations shifted to behind members streams.

No I did not. And in terms of Koyori she's clearly found her stride in terms of watch hour farming, from not being in the top 10 of 2022 to being third in 2023. Kicking the year of with a 24 hour sets the pace, and I can see her doing another 24 hour thing during autumn as well.
Miko however is looking on fire right now in terms of ccv. Onto Pekora and Marine. Marine will be a contender for top ccv, it all comes down to how much she streams. Pekora comes off the year of the rabbit and will have a natural recline. We can already see that and it's nothing wrong with it.

One thing is for certain, we wont have any new gold records this year.

I doubt she has the stamina, or her rather, her voice. Add to that she'll probably want to do keep doing live stuff, which takes time away from the streaming.
You are however correct, 2024 will look very different, and the "Pekora is reclining" might become true, but more due to her 2023 is such a mountain of a performance that any year that follows will look like a a recline. I have a hard time seeing it surpassed or even matched any time soon.
