Twitch is the platform where most of the large indies hang out and lumi networking with a bunch of the large indies that pippa and tenma don't normally hang out with is why they need her. She's also great as a bring along or alone in a big collab. If clara, tenma or some other girl they have can start to get collabs with some large jp indies or jp corpo girls that girl or person will become the most important in the companies history. Because if they can break into the jp market it will move phase above vshojo and above nijisanji

Post, shill, and talk about very small vtubers. So-called "literal who", literal one digit two views, and anyone else up until around 100 - 200 views. JP or EN, Indie or Corpo, doesn't matter.

A place hopefully for those looking for smaller talents not accomodated or even rejected by other threads because of their size.

Smaller vtubers are often the ones innovating the most, trying new niches and gimmicks, but are overshadowed by large indies and even larger corpo. Not to mention many are driven by passion and do vtubing as hobby.
