For JPs I'd agree they might see this place as a curiosity but not really understand much of what goes on at fucking all. Kind of end-of-story right there. Even so Haachama just plugged fucking Holofightz in a little preview vid on her channel a few days ago. My impression would be JP and EN management are deathly afraid of containment breaching both about here and 5ch because of all the constant negativity and rrating and not wanting to possibly lose the more naive portion of their audience. They probably think of it directly as a huge loss of money potentially for people to have a more jaded/entire view of their company and efforts instead of the pure billboard advertisement forced-positivity vibe on their reddit. Maybe they're right but also they're kind of fucking stupid/naive to pretend like nobody knows. The fact coco's roommate has fucking like half a mil subs now is testament to how widely known this shit actually is, not to mention faggots like hololive historian etc going unpunished for months. If we don't get into those details, someone else will, and if that someone else builds up an audience to lecture to that is actually more dangerous than that kind of info being known of here where you can get a variety of responses and there is no concrete opinion on just about anything.

ENs I'd think they're all at least aware, but not all of them are actual users accustomed to this place - it seems some are and wouldn't mind all the shit around here though, particularly Ina and Kiara absolutely reek of 4chan oldfag so none of the shit you'd think would scare off a girl would do anything. Mori's been here a long long time and had directly mentioned 4chan in roommate stuff. Not sure if she's here still but the fact that she quickly seems to directly address rrats that literally only pop up here seems to indicate she either is or someone keeps her extremely up-to-date. Considering it takes no effort or cost to continue just looking at here herself I don't know why she'd suddenly be too afraid to use the place. Ame seems more like vaguely-familiar but struck me more as just a twitch shitter and unknowingly adopted a ton of 4chan-ish mentalities because that site picks up a lot of habits from here incidentally, kind of the same with with Gura too.

Also, the IDs. Reddit is fucking banned in Indonesia for starters, but 4channel (aka blue 4chan which houses here and /jp/) is not, and all the IDs speak english to some degree so I'd think some or most of them could be around. Actually we know for sure some are, just not if it's a total reach or not. It felt like Ollie originally didn't know as she seemed every bit some faggoty naive twitter, pure clipfag zoomer shitter on debut. Some time the last few months thought it feels like she was either told or found this place .. probably by risu or moona. Moona's here and continually hangs around, and sometimes responds to posts in her thread via tweet, like this happened again only days ago. Risu literally tweeted "I see you /vt/" the day this board was made.
