What >>57550458 said -- I'm sorry anon, but a lot of these don't have any options for the reasons he stated (KK cardmakers are notoriously slow in making new outfits, they seem to prefer making new vtuber cards unless an outfit catches their eye). You'll find that the ones that do have newer outfits are usually the low-res-textured LDKI cards, which have been marked for anti-leaks and thus have no leak I know of since March (when he reinstated the marks).

...Yeah, I don't think a single matsuri card I have both deals with eyes and that darn tan. You could try material-editing it. Hourai has that issue with pretty much all his cards -- it's why I just stick with other cards for personal use. LDKI is close enough to mmd while keeping KKEYEs -- my solution was to mish-mash some card textures up to fix his matsuri (and destroy that horrible tan using a bodysuit, holy shit... It works best with the tan only). I think you could use it as a base for a KK festival.
