If you remember after the token attempts at outreach early on, most of tempiss fully started chasing Holocollabs especially dumb and dumber. StarsJP did try early on to make them part of their side hence the magni x rio ship that suddenly became a thing. But once it became clear that Tempiss was given the go ahead to indiscriminately leech off the girls by management, they pretty much threw the JP homos aside. You can tell that StarsJP did not take kindly to that snub hence why there's been minimal contact between JP and EN homos nowadays, not to mention the other not so subtle digs

They'll definitely debut at least 1 new wave that will unperform by all possible metrics. I can see 2-4 current talents leaving which will include Vox. He's gonna get into VShojo because Mysta and Nina are will vouch for him. Why would he leave? Since niji talents get scraps from merch, best they can do is farm memberships and superchats, and that worked fine for him when he was doing coomer content, but if he wants to do more tame content and maintain good money flow, he'll need to get good merch cut which niji doesn't offer.

NijiEN genuinely isn't fixable in this state. After a horrifically awful February and 7+ months of drama now cumulating in heaving-hitting talents leaving bit by bit, it would take a lot of time, effort and possibly money to turn things around - all things that Anycolor wouldn't never bother with. But even if they did and decided to fix things after today it'd be like covering up a flesh wound with a bandaid, it'd be too ineffective for what it is.

Management genuinely saw no issue with the branch being in the state it was in for months on end, and beyond the livers doing dumb shit on twitter or on stream, inept/malicious management is also a good reason why the branch is sinking and why there's so much more jaded and resentful fans. There's only 2 talents with any official Home3D models and its been nearly 2 years since the branch has been founded for christs sake, nevermind the fact that they charged $50+ USD or its equivalent for a "concert" that was a glorified Live2D karaoke. Or the fact that for NijiFES only one EN member is taking part in any 3D singing. It's clear now more than ever that NijiEN has been moved down the latter in terms of priorities, and knowing the company it's only a matter of time before we start hearing terms like "Ex-ID" thrown around when the branch is absorbed back into the main company.

Idk, this concert was following the formula of how most holofes concerts go: first full song > solo songs > intermissions > group songs > final full song. It only felt short here because there's only 10 members in EN, so that's why i'd imagine they shoved in 2 more songs from JP and ID to make it longer (and attract more people, of course)

A disaster?, no, awful?, no, mediocre?, completely, for being the "first ever" holo EN concert they should have been more ambitious and done more things, some surprises, duos, something beyond solo performances, understandably though Cover wasn't willing to risk it knowing how EN talents and managers are, so holding the concert was already a gamble, but they played it WAY too safe so it leaves somewhat of a bitter aftertaste, SPECIALLY if you paid for a stream ticket.
