nyaru is still a very small streamer despite doing it for like what, 3 years now? yet she has all manners of merch like plushies, shirt prints and shit like that... and my question is, who in the fuck even buys them in order for manufacturing to be even worth the cost? surely there aren't enough whales or simps to buy them in bulk or whatever just to make up for making them.

it's just feels weird to me because some other "creators" out there with way more subs and followers don't even have merch shit and still solely rely on donation money and it works for them. nobody would even know who or what the fuck your niche vtubber plushie is supposed to be.
