Thing is, pretty much every EN collab is paid cameo shit and not something done out of passion.
Big western celebs or e-celebs don't shill VTubers to their friends in casual settings.
There's no popular celeb that follows and shills EN VTubers because -
#1 EN VTuber content is not really that entertaining for the more casual/less gachi-oriented audiences
#2 The image of "VTuber" in the west has been completely poisoned by VShojo and coomer indies.
Meanwhile in Japan -

The only somewhat equivalent in EN is Mori with her One Piece collab - and even that's more oriented towards JP weebs than EN ones.
Guarantee you no one who follows One Piece in the west would've even heard of Calliope Mori, even now.
Myth was very widely known during the pandemic times, especially Gura. So that level of fame is definitely possible. But HoloEN has simply been stagnating for 2 years (thanks Omega) and since they don't stream on THE streaming platform in the west, they have very little overlap with the more popular western celebs.
And well... the western celebrity scene is also a complete shitshow of degeneracy, so in some ways the EN audience is likely glad that Holos don't get involved with that crowd.. even if it prevents them from gaining more popularity.
