I blame management and Cover didn't replace the EN project manager in 2022 because Ame, Gura, and Ina were getting along with him. The NDA stops them from saying anything direct but most of Myth stopped doing optional events in 2022. The mood only got more grim after Sana's graduation and while things got slightly better in 2023 the EN branch had many plans that were either delayed or canceled.

Ame did tell her fans in December the next several months would be tough but it's obvious something big is going to happen with Myth in the summer/fall. I doubt that it's random chance that Ina will soon be visiting Japan for 6 months.

I think she's just done anon.
Just like gura, she seemed really tired of the job around the end of 2022 and just comes off as not having any passion for streaming at all anymore. IT and tech setup has always seemed like her real interests, and now that she had more money than she knows what to do with, Ame's probably gearing up to move on.

Ame will be the First HoloMyth graduation and it will probably be at the end of this year

I saw one or two threads saying this during that time but I remember during that time Unity posting was at its highest during that period.
Regardless ive got to go it was a good discussion you helped me realize that there might be some remaining nijifans that dont necessarily blindly follow niji so thanks for that
Ill also try and keep an eye on talents outside of holo maybe broaden my horizons though my kami oshi is in holo so i dont think ill go to far

All signs point to management decisions that were burning them out and Ina was thinking of graduation in late 2022. Ame and Gura keep saying they are optimistic for 2024 so there is definitely going to be a major announcement in the summer/fall that will explain why HoloEN stopped putting on major events for over 2 years.
