Your negatives are pretty crowded too with a bunch of stuff that probably was not appearing in the image anyway. I'd recommend finding a set of simple base negatives and then only adding stuff when that element shows up in the image and you want to get rid of it. Same sort of idea as the emphasis in the main prompt - you should try to get away with as little as possible, and add it specifically when an element of the image is not coming out right or if you're trying to prompt a tag that's very rare and/or specific

Finally, you have a ton of loras on, in my experience you usually start to get problems if you go above 2 at a time and you have 7... You might be able to get this to work still but I'd recommend starting small instead.

Tried to fix it up a little, I don't have any of the loras you were using and I've never prompted kiara so I don't really know the tricks but hopefully this helps some
