Does the senpai-kouhai thing work the same way in Nipland as in Holo? Specifically, let's say you've been working for a while in one company and get a lot of experience and ability, but change to a different company in the same field. Do people with less experience call you senpai even if they've been working in the company longer? Or is say IRyS being Mori's "kouhai" only because of vchuuba identity/PL/RM nonsense?
