People keep wondering why Cover is focusing in on Tempus when HoloEN, JP, and arguably ID all perform better. It's because StarsEN is in the only market, the EN male vtubing market, where Anykara and Cover are relatively close in. HoloEN already mogs NijiEN females and always will. NijiENs top females, Pomu, Selen, and Enna are 3-4k average streamers while the top HoloENs like Ina and Gura are 5view. It's even worse in JP, where Pekora, Miko, and Marine wreck Sanbaka and Mito. Finally, HoloID doesn't even have competitors. NijiID failed and was dissolved.
Meanwhile, Tempus vs Niji Males is becoming a closer battle with Luxiem's recline. If you were winning in every other category by a lot, wouldn't you want to focus resources when you have an opportunity to win mindshare in a market?
