I don't think Selen did any direct damage to EN. They could've just let her graduate and this all would've been swept under the rug. Or they could've just not privated her song cover that was celebrating NijiEN over dumb bureaucratic bullshit. It's really hard to demonize her when there's nothing to stick to her. Yes the document/stream name drops Enna, Millie and Elira but they only mention it refers to their addresses, not saying she claims they're the bullies. (Though I personally believe that is the case.)
Honestly the damning part of this is that Nijisanji hasn't declared any investigation into this. Unless someone drops a statement or Niji goes full retard and do another attack on Doki's character were likely not gonna see any movement on that front. Especially considering we're now 2 months into the aftermath of the Stream with little action from them.

There's no definitive proof about what was in the document since only Doki, her lawyer, and Anycolor's legal team know whats in that document. Well, the livers too, which they by all accounts shouldn't have. But as was said in the video and has been transcribed

Having thoughtfully reviewed the black stream I feel very confident concluding:

a. The black stream was scripted by lawyers, who used these three livers as cover for ANYCOLOR’S responsibility for its statements on this matter.
b. With the possible exception of Mike, Elira and Vox were not chosen at random to be part of this stream.
c. Elira was used to attack Selen’s claims and moral character, from the angle that Selen included personal information in a document that could have become public; information ANYCOLOR characterizes as slanderous and that poses a thread to the personal safety of some livers. Elira was chosen to deliver this part, because just with like Selen and Millie, she was one of the few whose personal safety was threatened by that document.
d. Vox was used to attack Selen’s claims that staff had a bias against her and that there were bullies among the livers. Vox was chosen for this role, because he not only considers himself Selen’s friend and confident (with alleged access to private comments from her), but also a recording of him was used by Selen in the document as evidence of staff bias.
e. From this stream, it can be inferred that there was indeed bullying against Selen, that there was bias from staff against Selen and that there is a good chance that the bullying from some livers was encouraged by staff.
f. Elira, Enna, Millie and Vox are confirmed among Selen’s bullies, being the first three possibly the worst among the other harassers.
g. There is a faint hint that Elira might hold some authority, since it is mentioned by her that there was some sort of expectation "from the audience" for her to address the Selen issue.
h. The reason for ANYCOLOR to threat Selen the way it did (to try to get rid of her) was because of tweets, which they thought hurt their honor.

Basically Enna is incredibly sheltered and doesn't understand what poverty is, or how the majority of people live. She attended a very wealthy high school intended for the elite of Canada, and she compares herself to those people and then says "I'm poor". In reality she has never been poor, she is an incredibly privileged person.

She got several nepotism jobs from her well connected friends. She was living in that expensive luxury apartment even BEFORE Nijisanji.

There was a humorous moment when Enna left the city for the first time in her life to go on a "camping trip", and it turns out the """camping trip""" was an Airbnb with a full stove, heating, plumbing...etc. She is so unaquainted with life outside the city that she leaves the garbage cans unlocked. When one of the locals confronts her about bears scattering garbage across the road, she gets incredibly nasty with him and viciously snaps at him, calling him a "bear simp". This is her personality.
