In that case, they're specifically Gura viewers. That's logically consistent that they watch only her. Kuzuha literally declined to being a sub 20k streamer last month, so they don't watch him specifically. These viewers clearly aren't specifically Kuzuha GTA fans, as they didn't show up en masse to VCR GTA either. So if they're all general nijisanji fans, why aren't they watching the rest of their livers.

They're morons that don't understand logistics applies to everything at all levels of production and can entertain the basic hypothetical of "will this be successful in the end" which the answer may very well be "no" at the scales that we're operating in for stuff like GTA RP.

Unfortunately, their wanting to join VCR for most of the SMP/RP shit was the reasonable choice to make from a business standpoint because the alternative would be to simply make a VCR clone event where all of Hololive was cleared in and then only girls would be allowed in from other corpos/agencies on a case-by-case basis if they weren't vetted already.
