Difference is that towa never tried to farm gachikoi saying she was this turbo unicorn and never selfishly fucked over her genmates. She tried to hide the fact she played with males and yes, she fucked up and it was wrong, but in the end she is just a tryhard retard who loves to compete in fps and there are a lot of males there. She wants to compete while the other one wants to be meet e-celebs. This might be an understatement. I think she might be rehabilitated. If Cover had a talk with her behind the scenes and suggested that she stop playing games with males as her rm and becoming the vanguard of the “do more stuff with Stars” experiment, then this might be one of the best things to happen to Laplus and to HoloPro (the real HoloPro, not the HoloProEN monstrosity that’s just an excuse to hide their asses on not debuting EN3).
Since this is JP and the social conventions of vtubing culture are already well established, I don’t think it’s likely to erode Hololive unity, so I’m cautiously optimistic for now.
