DMG was the device model code for the OG Game Boy

I was referring moreso to them being behind the times like still using carts for the N64 when discs were becoming the norm and using garbage data filled mini-dvds for the Gamecube

We'll have to agree to disagree then. Maybe it's because I didn't play 2 like 20 plus years after 1 and had already started playing SOR Remake that my opinion of it isn't that great

When I first heard it, my 9 year old brain thought that it was what the future was going to sound like

I'd recommend playing it via emulator first if you wanna buy the cart. Apparently 3 is insanely difficult, but not the Japanese version

>SC2k is basically unplayable with how slow and unresponsive it is

Descent is kind of the same. It runs fine for a good while but once it gets into the more open areas with a good bit of infected robots, it gets down to about maybe 5-10 fps

Otherwise, it's still fairly enjoyable

Impossibly hard games, like kaizo and bullet hell, really only seem to be favored by those who're neck deep in the genre with no will to get out

tl;dr- They're neet games for neetest of neets

I played some of the first game and liked what it was trying to do, but it was a tough slog

I've played it and Super Mario RPG for the SNES, and enjoyed them both. Same with Earthbound and Mother 3

I don't mind regular RPGs so long as it has something interesting going for it and it isn't a cookie cutter Final Fantasy/Dragon Quest clone

>If you want a game that really is perfect for the Gameboy, check out Wario Land

I'd say that Super Mario Land 2: Six Golden Coins is better. Was never the biggest fan of the first Wario game

I'm not defending FNAF, but to say that Jumpscares are the "Family Guy" of horror is really a disservice. The game has atmosphere and a sense of dread. The jumpscares are only really a penalty for losing

I'll be honest, I do kind of enjoy the plump/thick goatmom porn

I don't even really care for Platformers all that much, but I do like SML2 and SMB3

Mario in the Spacesuit with bunny ears has to be one of my favorite costume designs and I'm sad that there's hardly any fan art of it

Dumb question, but what is the difference between regular floppies and Zip Disks? Because I only found out about the latter recently

It makes playthroughs of Plutonia interesting, I'll say that much

Agreed, it's also great that it's so close visually to the original arcade game

Are there any Wolfenstein mods that take place in Vietnam? I know there's that WWII sequel Nam that was made using the Build Engine

Well, I'll be honest, I haven't really played all that much of TNT in comparison to Plutonia

Dude, I'd totally work on a mod if someone threw money at me.

I think you're on to something.

It'd be cool to have another /vr/ project though. There's been a rise in mappers recently.

Keep going, it gets better
the CEO called up demanding to know where the new weapons are and was recording their conversation so that if Rebecca spoke out of turn or something, he could sue her and her company for not fulfilling their end of the contract

Well, according to the video, Rebecca ported over the Jaguar version to save time. But because that particular port had a special sound driver, she had to go back later with her co-workers and make brand new music

I've kind of been wondering if something relatively close to Titanfall would be possible or Mechwarrior for that matter
