Sadly, the thread was badly timed, but I still had fun, and we made decent progress.

Finished a Hero Quest, strenghtening our warriors, and we obtained two treasures. One that helps us become King somehow, and this item here to entice us to build up more trade.

All in all a success.

I suppose this artifact cuts the costs of the annual sacrifices to a Great Temple, helping us save wealth in the long run. We should certainly look into blessings of this deity to utilize the artifact soon.

We do not have a temple to this deity, but it might benefit us greatly.
Issaries can provide us with 4 trade related blessings. Simply having a shrine/temple to Issaries raises the number of trade pacts we can mantain simultaneously.

Should we attempt to buy this?

We have not brought any treasure ourselves, we will have to pay in cattle and silver.
