Just need to finish KONO CAGNAZZO DA, and then get to work on Scarmiglione.

Not fond of Rosa's face here, but that's what happens when you try to feminize Jotaro's expression and aren't very good at it.

Feel free to ban me from ever posting here again if you want, but I saw an excuse to post a couple of FFIV x JoJo meme pieces I did.

To be honest, I'd go for the Complete Collection first, and find out if there's been stuff omitted from any of the other artbooks, then go after that.

Yoshitaka Amano and Tatsuya Yoshikawa are gods when it comes to designing characters and monsters and shit. I especially love all the dragons that Yoshikawa did for Breath of Fire IV, even the ones that look relatively 'traditional' are still weird in some way, like the Aura and Astral dragons having bug wings.

Favorite dragon, coming through. She's especially pretty in the animation they do if you wait at the title screen.

Balzack/Ballsack in Chapter IV for Dragon Quest IV was always a problem for me, but not a huge one, it was mostly as a kid that he was too difficult for me to beat. His second form in Chapter V is a total chump once you have someone in your party with Fullheal. Hell, even doing a solo run with Sofia, I stomped him pretty handily when that spell came into play. The only other bosses that were trouble for me going solo were Psaro (mostly during the phase where he casts a bunch of spells, because he'd nailed me twice with Whack), Foo Yung and Chow Mein, and Aamon on the DS version. The last one there I had to grind up to level 99 to be able to beat him, because when he put me to sleep, I had to be at full health (over 900 HP) to survive the onslaught until the sleep was done.

Empyrea and Captain Crow usually gave me some trouble in VIII, and Dhoulmagus' second form was only hard if you weren't set up right.

Definitely. I made a /u/ thread that pretty much lived off of the doujins (admittedly short ones, but still). The thread lasted for about a year and a half.

I would almost want to live in Zeal, but despite being a paradise floating in the sky full of magic, the people there are such bigoted, self-important, pretentious fuckwhistles that I would have pushed at least a few of them off the rim of Enhasa.

What >>3242254 said. Oracles can be some of the biggest problem-causers you face because of the sheer amount of status effects they throw your way.

>>3242438
That was Beowulf. Funnily enough, he's what would happen if an Oracle figured out how to cast spells through a sword, and thereby makes any and all other Oracles you may have on your team irrelevant.

That she is both willing and able to kick down magically sealed doors to save her friend is both endearing and soul-crushing to him.

Hardest one I can think of is Wizards & Warriors II: Ironsword. It's pretty much impossible to beat it without either cheating or knowing the game like the back of your hand.

Mostly because any single one of them would make you their bitch, especially Alena. Kiryl and Borya are pretty much her own harem already, and I wouldn't be surprised if she broadened her tastes a bit and took the Mahabala sisters into it, maybe even Sofia.

Hell, even if the Ninjas are female, they still wreck everything that can be hit physically. One of the only other combinations I've seen that can rival them in damage output is a Black Mage with Iaido. Dark Knights with Dual Wield and Vehemence are also amazeballs with damage (I think they have the highest PA growth of all the classes, except maybe the MIme), but they're squishy as fuck for a knight.

It's been awhile since I played V on the DS, but I thought she had a Cornish accent? If they didn't then, they have her with one now that she's got a voice actress for Heroes.

My own waifu, personally, would be Meena, but that's me. I really hope she's in the Heroes sequel.

Heroes was selling out at most of the Gamestops I come near, so I imagine it must have done something to pique Squeenix's interest. It may not be anywhere near as popular in the US as it is in Japan, but it does at least look profitable to export, if that's a sign of anything.

Super Pinball: Behind the Mask is probably my favorite. The last machine, Wizard, is actually kinda creepy, especially if you play it in the dark.

I don't really mind it too much. It's not a long time to wait between castings, and so far as I know, it's mostly so that you can't do the trick where you throw out a shitload of the same spell in quick succession, and then it fucks with the damage formula to do crazy damage on everything.

If you feel up to it, you can also try to have a Thief (or someone else who can nab shit) steal Gaff's sword in that fight, which both cripples him offensively and also gets you a Blood Sword. It's actually pretty damn useful at this point (just don't whack any undead baddies with it, it'll heal them and damage you). I usually fight dirty on this one again and stomp the enemy Archers and Time Mages (I think that's what units stand on top of the arch or whatever in that fight?) with the Red Chocobo. Choco Meteor is just so fucking broken, I swear.

If you wanna get one, nab yourself a Black Chocobo (either have Boco lay eggs, or catch one yourself), since they have the highest chance of laying a Red Chocobo's egg. Don't try to get one by using Invite in-battle, they will fuck you up really bad if you don't kill them quickly.

I think from then on I ditched the Red Chocobo, though, mostly because I did some grinding with Agrias and got her Shirahadori, and had a couple Mediators keep pumping her Brave up to 97. After that, she pretty much became invincible.

Speaking of which, you really ought to get just about everyone in your party to learn at least a few of the abilities from the Samurai job. They have what is pretty much the very best skillset in the game, but they're not exactly the best class out there for it. Putting their Iaido command on a Black Mage, for example, leads to an entire battlefield of wrecked faces.

I remember liking Soda Popinski as a kid, as well as Piston Honda. Super Macho Man was a lot of fun too, although the one I relished beating the shit out of the most was Bald Bull.

As an artist, I can attest to this being true. I actually come to 4chan specifically for concrit, because when I actually get some, it's brutally honest, and I don't think I've ever truly felt insulted by it; the closest to that is getting shitposts like "lel your art sucks donkey balls now go kill yourself fartfag" and such, but that's something you already know is just them blowing smoke out their ass. /u/ has been especially good about that kinda thing, as have a few on /co/ (I do way too much Steven Universe fanart to be healthy). Enough about me, though.

Really digging the use you make of all different kinds of texture on your later stuff there, Scribble. I could honestly see that stuff as being official game art, especially for some light-hearted RPGs. A pretty good medium for practicing with that would probably be watercolors, if you have something on your computer that can replicate that well enough. If there's anything to complain about, it's that on stuff like your Monk picture, the part where light hits his clothes seems a bit more like negative space than light reflection.

Yeah, fuck those guys. I forget whether you can kill them or not.

>Metal Babble Shields for everyone!
>DS changes it to Falcon Blade

...Well, it's definitely not a bad thing to have, like, at all, but you can only really get much of a chance to use it if you get all the tokens you need in Chapter 2 (easiest way is with the monster arena, since the monsters in the arena are very predictable at this point, what with the bestiary being so small) and wait until you come back with the Hero in Chapter 5.
