I don't remember the emulator name and checkpoint. But I do have the sound recorded.

Thing is... I used a faulty emulator to play my CD of it, and that's how I got it.
The problem was that the emulator wouldn't load levels properly, so you'd fall through the floor as if there was nothing there.

It was in the Prison Level. I used the checkpoint cheat code and by some chance, the sound played as I fell into the abyss.
