I'm looking for an old dos game.
It was a space simulator with wireframe / single color polygon graphics, about on the same technical level as in the picture. It had Newtonian flight and every polygon in a ship had its own HP, so you could shoot pieces off enemy ships. I think it was called MISC (it was an acronym for something generic like military something space combat or the like), but I think it was the kind of student project that might've changed names at the drop of a hat. I got it off a magazine disc in the early 00s.
Anyone ever heard of this?

Why isnt this game more well-known? I'm a few levels in and it's awesome. Smooth animations, great creepy atmosphere, and intuitive controls (basically WASD & mouse before WASD & mouse). There's even a fan port for modern OS's.

i love mine. neo ganbare poke kun and dark arts are my favorite games. but the metal slugs and sonic and last blade are great too. im getting mine front lit by rose colored gaming so i can play it wherever i want.
