Well having Mace wouldn't prevent him from having the other games on there too, but that's an arcade game so I'd go for the MAME version first. The N64 has very few fighting games that aren't arcade games and the only ones worth playing are Fighter's Destiny, Smash Brothers and Rakuga Kids

Mednafen for console games, Kaillera and GGPO for arcade and N64 games. That's still the only solutions we have so far. You can try Retroarch but it's mostly an experimental thing and not very good at all
