I cannot get along with wintery theming and such... I might stick to more normal buildings and let the colors do the work for me...

You're not gonna get very good stats if you build like this matey. Here's some things to consider

Staggered drops are a fun idea, but they also sound uncomfortable. If you want a drop to be "jarring", maybe just have a less steep slope before the steep part, that way it adds a sense of "suspense" as well (green line)

The reason your coaster is uncomfortable is because of too much speed when going up hills (red circles). Riders will have get a lot of negative G forces, meaning your legs get crushed up into the restraints, because your body has a lot of momentum going upwards. The green circle is how you want a drop to be, with lots of airtime and not as much negative G forces. Also, you might wanna avoid turns after drops when you can. Good luck!

Here's a duelling Vertical Inverter. Stats are dismal but I like it too much to change it.
You want building skills, go steal them from Fridolin or BlueBalled

I just tried to make a small duelling woodie here too and got error trapper at the exact same moment twice. Guess it's not meant to be. That moment fucking sucks...
