Surprisingly the Gamecube analog stick works fine for original Megaman games, never played X collection so I doubt how much better that works.

I know that pain all too well, I originally bought that specific Sonic collection since I wanted to play Sonic CD and I heard it was on there (I had a PC version of Sonic CD, still have it, but its really damn hard to get to run now a days.) only to find out it was one of those "extra" games.

Its alright collection but fuck that unlocking games stuff. At least Megaman Anniversary Collection was less of a dick about it and the extras in that game (mainly the music) is pretty damn good.

I liked the characters but as a kid I was more into capcom than SNK (total opposite now) and I didnt like the SNES port of Art of fighting 1, I went back and played the original arcade version of it and its a better game but its still only okay.

Also he is a shoto to a degree but he has a lot of weird nuances with his moves if you compare him to Ryu or Ken from Street Fighter, Karnov and Karnov's Revenge has one of the more original casts of characters (even if it is obviously trying to copy SF2 really hard.)

I can vouch for this, the Analog sticks on this thing are pretty bad but the D-Pad is probably the best thing you can get without having to go out of your way to dig for something else.

Also if anyone wants to still use a 360 controller and doesnt have huge hands. I recommend this thing in my image. The D-pad is still not the best but its waay more serviceable than the normal 360 contorller

I assume you know, since you said Tetsuo and all, the reason K9999 was removed was because of the blatant copyright from the movie Akira. A shame too K9999 had one hell of an odd move set.

Also damn was SNK's promo artwork good.

My favorite KoF game is probably a tie between 98 and 2000. My first KoF was 99 though.

2002 UM is basically the best King of Fighters game in existance, thing is it only came out for the Arcade and PS2 in Japan but it has the most characters of any Kof game to boot.

Since everyone I know played Secret of Mana and Chrono Trigger on the SNES.

I still need to actually play more of it, I beat one robot master and kinda stopped, none of the stages were fun for me, mostly boring music too. Probably the least fun Megaman game I played but maybe ill get further in it one day and have a different opinion.
