No they're not. You can still find P4 rigs for literally free or at a price lower than any flashcarts. Flashcarts are expensive and can't fix slowdown problems with certain games they were originally running too slow in original hardware.

Stupid amt of grinding to max out those classes. Tamer/Beastmaster is the most broken class for speedruns. Capture the right monsters and you can kill any boss in a few turns.
