>I can't find a Sega Saturn controller for less than $35, does that count as ebay jewry?

If you can make it to Bakersfield, CA before the end of the week, I'll just give you one. I have at least one spare controller. One of the ones that came with Nights.

Bullshit. They're too completely different games.

I can tell you that I prefer the SNES one because I prefer the platforming to the action, but I wouldn't say either is better because they're not the same game.

Orange is my favorite color (nobody but me uses my oran..sorry. My SPICE GC controller.

I would love an orange SNES like this. Only without the Metroid graphics and the gradient. I'd like it just solid orange.

I fucking love the Virtual Boy. Even though I only owned Mario Tennis and Galactic Pinball. I tore shit up on Galactic Pinball. There was a table I kicked ass on. I wish I never sold it. It was so much fun.

That's pretty cool.

I dunno. Deltron doesn't really have much to do with games. It's more sci-fi. Does he reference games one either of the albums?

Anyways, enjoy the show.

>Del didn't do what you wanted at a show, big deal. He's a douche because he didn't spoil YOU right?

No. If you'd read my post, you'd see that I said he didn't do the song in addition to being a douche.

But that's his choice. Whatever. I can separate the artist from the art and still enjoy some of his stuff.

A lot of people credit to Del for the Gorillaz because that's the most popular thing he did. And even that, he was a guest on the album. It wasn't his project.

Yes. Ralph Baer (God) created the Brown Box and sold the design to Magnavox who mass produced it as the Odyssey.

I don't feel like watching that video OP posted, but does it mention he created the light gun as well?

Sorry. Not my thing.

Not sure how this about /vr/.

I'm upset that it took me 10 seconds to get back to this tab to stop that. Yuck. Just yuck.

What consoles and games? Certain ones are easier to repair even if they don't work.

You can always meet him somewhere to test. I'm not afraid, so I would go to someone's house to buy. I've done so before. I've had people come to mine before as well.

All the people complaining about prices don't seem to remember (if they were around to remember) that cartridges were also much more expensive to produce.

Development costs may have increased as games become more and more grand in scope (and shallower in creativity and such), but once the developers make their money back in sales, it's pretty much pure profit. CDs and DVDs are much cheaper to manufacture.

I always pursued Ann as well.

I like a cute tomboy. Make her a redhead as well and you got me hooked.

I also like Mary. I like shy, bookish girls too.

>Both Sides of the Brain - 2000
>I Wish My Brother George Was Here - 1991

If he can remember songs from '91, he can remember songs from 2000.

Also, he performed other tracks from the album.

But we digress. Going off topic.

Del was kind of a douche in person. He also didn't do this song (he could've had someone else rap with him. Hell, I'd have done it if it meant getting to hear him perform his verses in person).

Anyways, it is a cool song. I love it, but he ignored me when I requested it when seeing him live.

In case anyone's curious and doesn't wanna read the whole ad, he refers to Shadows of the Empire for N64.

>I still have that game. The only reason I replay it is for nostalgia, not for the graffix. ;_;

You should replay it because it was fucking fun. I wish I still had my copy. I'm still waiting to find a copy in the wild. For some reason I haven't seen it in ages.

Am I weird for enjoying untangling wires and shit?

I fucking love it as much as hooking up and turning on a console the first time. It's not to the level of sexual fetishism, but I really enjoy it and hate when people bother me while I do it.

I'm a big fan of the art for Yoshi's Island. It's a masterpiece.

I had to sell my copy years ago. I finally got another copy for cheap from a co-worker who didn't like it because it looked "gay".

DKC is a great game, but the graphics just aren't pretty to me. Especially now. Didn't age as well as a lot of other games. The gameplay is still a blast, but if you're just looking for pretty games (fuck you if so. gameplay first!) then Yoshi's Island is where it's at.

It's gotta be done, pal. I'm sorry. I'm trying my damndest to avoid selling to resellers though. I'm working to put my modest collection into the hands of people who will appreciate the games and not buy them to turn them over for a buck. That's how I'm pricing them. Maybe about 10-20% under what they would go for if sold on ebay. That's enough to keep away most of the dealers. And since some of them aren't in perfect cosmetic condition, that helps a bit too.

But I'm keeping some. I'm keeping all the handheld stuff (although I'm getting rid of that spare DMG with no screen protector). I'm not in the mood to go through and list everything I'm keeping. Especially since this is not a collection thread.

Yeah. Was a bitch to get it working though. I eventually had to use metal polish. The contacts were so corroded.

I'm in the process of selling off most of my game collection, but I don't think I'll ever part with this cart. Even though I only paid a buck for it, it's so awesome I can't get rid of it.

It's a game I found at the flea market. I bought it because it made me laugh like an idiot in public.

It kinda spoils the fun, but if anyone is actually interested in what the cart turned out to be, it is: Super Mario 64
