It's not that there's anything really wrong with the CPU other than it's boring and doesn't make a great learning tool. If you're playing because you want to get into fighting other players then it's good for practicing execution but not much beyond that. And in my experience too much CPU play makes people worse against humans.

On the other hand if you just want to play single player, it's just not a very interesting genre so why waste your time in the first place.

More to the point, OP who makes most of these threads is mostly concerned about bragging rights "To me it's far more impressive to say you 1cc'd a fighting game on very hard than to be at the top of some leader board because there's no way to know how good your online opponents were" But almost no one else who plays these games cares about offline play.

Eat your fresh fruits and veggies, as many as you can cram in your gullet. Don't eat too much of other stuff like breads, meats and dairy. They're all fine, but in moderation. Drink lots of water. That's the massive 2. We're all trained to think we need 3 big meals a day, but we really don't, especially if you're trying to lose weight.

Do something active, doesn't even have to be a ton. I mostly walk and hike these days and it's plenty. 42 and in the best shape since I was like 12. Not that I don't still love pizza when I sometimes have it, but I love being fit and strong so so so much more.
