Or you can stop being a salty little faggot bitch and instead concede that you're too much of a scrub to learn how to play. You didn't even read the post.

>Rise Of The Triad
Extremely arcadey. You have a small weapon limit, but instead powerful weapons are like temporary powerups you find and then use up. You can abandon a partially used weapon for a new one, but you can also go back and pick up the partially loaded weapon to finish it.
The majority of the weapons in the game are various different bazookas, and there's dozens of them per level, there's also some magical weapons. The game plays pretty fast and loose with explosive weapons and splash damage, so don't feel too afraid to blast someone at closer ranges.
Bullet weapons have infinite ammo and there's no reloading.

>Half-Life
Leans somewhat more to later "realistic" shooters for the time, but at the core it does a lot of things the classic way. You carry quite a massive arsenal of weapons and ammunition.
Has about a 5 to 10 minute opening segment with no combat (depending on how much you want to fuck around), which is basically a glorified cutscene, but after that, it's pretty much just fighting, exploring, and puzzles, with an occasional short piece of exposition (usually giving you an idea about what's coming up next).
Don't play Half-Life Source, it's a trash port.

>Powerslave
The PC version is quite different from the PSX/Saturn version, the former being a bit more like Duke Nukem 3D and Shadow Warrior, and the latter actually being somewhat like Castlevania Symphony Of The Night and Super Metroid, only in first person. I guess a better comparison is the later Metroid Prime.

>Blood
Hard game, but very fast paced and fun. Don't play on Extra Crispy, it's for co-op multiplayer and it's not balanced for single-player at all. Also jump and duck frequently to confuse the aim of enemies with guns, and don't feel bad about throwing a bundle of dynamite into a room or behind a corner sometimes before entering.
Caleb (the player) can't take too much punishment before dying, but he's extremely fast and agile, and can carry plenty of firepower.

I fucking love Duke Nukem 3D though, it's a really fun game too.

Sorta. Mind that Caleb is actually rather fragile and really shouldn't try to tank damage (gunshots especially hurt a lot), and that rather you should rely on his really high mobility.
Jumping and crouching is good to use when fighting cultists, and don't feel bad about using cover sometimes, or throwing in a bundle of dynamite through a window, past a corner, or wherever you figure there could be an ambush, because the game will give you a lot of dynamite.

I think I might know which one you mean, but here's another jumpy one.

If you're talking about the ancient webms that look like the one posted here >>5358080 (I'm not that poster), those webms are my OC. I've seen them get reposted a lot from other anons (which is cool), it's rarely me that's actually posting them. To answer your question I've never played Marathon.
