The definitive /vr/ kart racer. No poorfags, I'm not starting a console war. I had both back in the day. CTR was perfection, especially for single player.

Has anyone here had success playing a burned copy of CTR on a playstation with the swap trick? It just sits at "Sony Computer Entertainment Presents" with no sound. I've tried two different brands of CD as well and two different NA images I found (one was slightly smaller than the other) and they all have the same problem. I've tried it on two playstations and a psone as well. Any idea what the problem is?

When I was a teen I thought for the longest time that Crash was a racing game series. Since the first Crash game I played was Crash Team Racing and the main character's name was Crash and stuff.

Later I discovered there were platform games about him but I thought they were spin-off games to the main racing series. It wasn't until I discovered the internet that I found that it's primary a platforming game series.

If it's not just Mario Kart I'll play this for hours and be happy.
