What's your opinion on pic related, /vr/? Is it the zenith of the early first person shooters? And how's Death Wish? What's your favourite enemy/weapon/level?

This is the only game better then DOOM and that's only if you don't count mods

Blood is the best FPS ever made. Old school mechanics, awesome weapons and enemies and level aesthetics and design that makes sense and rarely has any cryptic bullshit.

Playing this for the first time. On the 3rd episode. Fucking amazing. The first episode is fucking perfect. 2nd episode is great too. From what I played of the 3rd it's just as good.

I like it more then Duke 3D cause the levels make more sense then some of Duke's cryptic shit. The weapons are cooler. Enemies are more interesting. Base game is better then the GOAT OG DOOM, but doesn't look like it has many quality mods.

There's no way the most basic enemy in an FPS should be able to kill you in less than 2 seconds while in full health

Which game has a better campaign? Doom or Blood? You can't count any mods or anything, just their respective out of the box campaigns.

Okay, so I bought "BLOOD: One Unit Whole" on Steam a while back, considering that the only original copies I could find online were the shareware version, and they were commanding prices upward of $100.

Now that I have the game, what would be the best source port I could use for a "Modern" BLOOD experience?

How do I get the best performance I can out of DOSBox Blood? I'd really like 100 fps at 800x600 native minimum. I remember somebody posted a guide or something once but I can't find it. I think it was a post on the gog Blood forum. Pls help.
