Is there any relatively up to date list of all fan sub translated PC-98 games anywhere?
I have the NeoKobe pack and basically every single PC-98 game, but curious which ones have fansubs.

If you want made up text you should be able to make it up yourself.
If you want machine translations you can use a text hooker.
Releasing this as a translation is fraudulent. The only difference to the other guy is that they aren't taking money.
