If we're considering the 6th gen to be retro then there's a strong argument for the Wii since it isn't much of a leap from the Gamecube and the DS was pretty much a portable 5th gen console.
However I wouldn't consider the 7th gen overall to be retro since the PS3 and Xbox 360 are so different from what came before and all the technical advancements since then have kind of blended together but I know others do - I think SomethingAwful even allows it in their retro subforum.
