I use a Wii for emulation in 2023 because playing old Nintendo games on Nintendo hardware just feels more right than using a PC. I don't even use a CRT, I play in stretched widescreen on my Hisense Roku TV. I may be retarded, but at least I'm happy. Can you say the same?

Honestly, yeah, pretty much. I spent the last 10 years playing PC games and downloading huge romsets and perfectly tweaking emulators and actually "caring", and the other day I happened to walk by a game store and I went in, bought a Wii for $80 on a whim, letterbombed it and I've been playing DKC and StarCraft 64 on it since then. It's probably the first time I've legitimately enjoyed playing a game in these last 10 years. I don't know why, and I don't even care why. I'm just happy being retarded. I'm old and tired and anything that gives me any kind of feeling anymore has to be better than nothing.

Because you're larping, starcraft doesn't even run on wii https://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/WiiU_VC_N64_inject_compatibility_list and has glitches if you use the shitty Wii64 emulator
