Anyone else having nostalgia for Famicom clones at the '90s? Even at the mid - late '90s they were quite popular in my country despite the popularity of Playstation 1, Nintendo 64 and PCs. For some reason even rich kids owned them instead of buying proper consoles. Personally I loved them for various reasons like these ones:
1) My parents never bought me an NES when I was younger. Therefore now I could enjoy NES classics at my own home and not only.
2) It was nice to see people keep appreciating retro games despite 3D games booming.

Yup, it’s time for oddly soulful bootlegs again.

Yeap, I had one of these Famicom clones with this menu. So much soul.

Yes, but only the ones with keboard and PC-like features. I especially love the Subor ones that came bundled with a compiler and text editor. You could write 6502 asm and draw graphics and compile your own .nes game!

There are thousands of variants. For me, it's plain old classic Family Game from the early 90s. Grey color variation is soulful too.

They are still being made, like this one, it uses a cellphone battery that can be charged via USB.
