What do you guys use to plug all your consoles into the TV?
I have 10 consoles to plug into my crt but it only has 2 scart outputs, I figured that shit like pic related would be a easy and inexpensive way to go about it, video is fine but they add a really noticeable buzzing sound in the audio.
What do you guys use to plug a dozen consoles in? (that is retarded expensive)

I dont care. I only have one console out at a time. It's takes less than 2 minutes to hook wires up to a tv.

Google retrorgb scart switcher. That site probably has all kinds of reviews for those and will probably lead you to multiple good options

I got a big flat screen in the attic with a PS2, 3 and 4, an Xbox 360 and a Wii. The HDMI consoles all share the same HDMI cable. The PS2 is hooped up to component and the Wii is on RGB pins all at once.

Op here, this did the trick, found this company called otaku gamer and while a bit expensive, I can afford the 60 bucks for it

Yeah with that kind of attitude you should probably just throw all your consoles in the trash with your backbone.

This. If you have so many consoles hooked up to a TV, you are just not giving any of them proper attention.

It’s best to get a switch box with an output port rather than a plug so you can use a higher quality cable

Do not use those autoswitchers
They often have sync issues and noise on the line, only use ones with manual switching or an official Gscart

I have a Trinitron ProFeel CRT with SCART, S-Video and Composite inputs. I'd only ever have maybe two consoles plugged in at the same time at most. For instance; PS1 plugged in via SCART, and N64 plugged in via S-Video. But I generally only have one console plugged in at a time since I plan ahead what I would like to play; so if I hook up my PS1 then I will generally leave it there for months so I can gradually finish at least two or three games. For instance; I plan on playing Tomb Raider, Abe's Oddysee and Policenauts sometime soon, so I will again get my PS1 out of storage and set it up. The last time I used it was over 2 years ago to play Dino Crisis 2, Tomba, and Soul Reaver.

On a TV with only one Scart input, I has one of those with a button for changing between a console and the VHS VCR. Then we got the double edge blade of early LCD tvs. All the inputs you could ever want, shitty scaling and artifacts for all of them. (Trivia fact: This 2009 thing in the photo does not even support ntsc video. After 10 years of NTSC support, we were back to being absolute europoors again).

>>9939785
>>9939823
Pretty much this, most of the time you only had one console. By the time I had money for owning more than one system, I did not have the time to play that many games. Perfect fucking negative correlation.

>>9940440
>palfags. I identify more as a "PALeto" "It has more resolution than NTSC, it´s superior, now shut up and wave that europe flag and watch eurovision". Having a Scart input was mostly a penis hat most of the time. It does not matter that your tv can do RGB if PAL consoles remove RGB support (fuck nintendo), 20% slowdown, the black bars and "fattening" of the sprites because no one wanted to waste time filling all those extra scanlines... And the absolute nightmare that it becomes to make it work with any modern tv or upscaler.

I have very good memories of the european SCART cable and RGB video out... when used with american and japanese Playstation games.
