Terrible writing, that's what happens when you pass of story and writing to westerners, swearing = adult and dramatic.
He should have been swearing at Ada after she wanted to execute her, not swearing as a basic adjective when referring to his daughter, they couldn't even get their swearing right.
But something like "that's my daughter you're talking about you fucking bitch/cunt/etc" is a no no to women and soibois writers.

Wrong, lorelet. Normal zombies are T-Virus creatures. The difference between the T-Virus and the G-Virus is that T-Virus BOWs will only mutate when exposed to stimuli, whereas G-Virus BOWs will mutate spontaneously (like Birkin).

The T-Virus had already started infecting people before the strike team went to retrieve the G-Virus sample from Birkin.

Maybe try PLAYING games before commenting on them in threads, you'll spend less time looking like a retard.

It's hard to top the original 1998 game, especially with the proper A and B scenarios, but the remake was good all things considered. Look at how the RE3 remake turned out to see how easily they could have fumbled the RE2 remake as well. But at least they are different enough from the original games that they are all worth playing to see the differences, etc.

desu way too much of the 'OH SHIT' factor in the game came down to cheap licker spawns, it's not even really clever. player runs into a cramped interior that was cleared of zombies previously and they're immediately going to get swiped, no reasonable way for them to have avoided it.

I liked it. There are things I like about both games, but I'd probably rank them both equally.
RE2 was pretty much what I was hoping they would try for a long time, a third person game with free aiming etc, but still keeping the survival horror mindset of limited saving, healing and ammo. I think it worked well.
