No it wouldn't have. Some anons have tried implementing the VB's 3d function via 3D TV's and it's awful. The games never got released on the 3DS because they would have looked terrible. Also the 3DS lacks the proper control scheme so several games like Mario Clash and Jack Bros would have been broken.

this is one instance where it actually would have been worthwhile though, and I'd have happily bought it. re-releasing the best game for their failed stereoscopic console on their newer much more successful one seems like a no brainer to me. maybe they were just that ashamed to remind anyone the VB existed.

The 3D on the 3DS made my eyes hurt and gave me massive headaches. Which is interested because that's what I've heard about the Virtual Boy from YouTubers and yet I have zero problems with it.

I liked the 3D Classics version of Kid Icarus.

It's quite an issue, trying to do anything with the VB. The thing is unreliable in its form, and there are consolizer kits, but I wouldn't want to gut something that rare to play 1-3 games on it.

3D Kirby Adventure is pretty much perfect. Exact same game, but you can turn on the 3D and no loading seams. As far as I'm aware it's a perfect conversion
Best ver of Kid Icarus too and probably the rest of the game except Xervious, not knowledgeable about that and maybe Twinbee, as there's something weird about it, but I love it
